A great day with a great man
What: Customer Event and Management Conference for 1,000 top executives.
Where: The Circus Building (Cirkusbygningen) in Copenhagen, Denmark.
Aim: To inspire the Danish business community through a meeting with Mr Bill Clinton himself.
Who: KMD wished to be sole sponsor of the event, and so it was carried out in close collaboration with the KMD organisation and select key employees.

heckmann’s role: From idea to final agreement with Bill Clinton and approval of KMD as sponsor and host. Coordinating with and through Bill Clinton’s staff, Secret Service, US, PET, Denmark, the venue and KMD. Ensuring professional services before, during and after the event.
The Programme:
Which challenges do globalisation entail? Is Denmark able to keep up with the rest of the world?

Result: A highly successful day with positive feedback from the press and participants alike. In addition to KMD, several companies had invited their VIP-customers to join, which enabled them to spend an agreeable and inspiring day together.
During the day, there was a VIP reception, a VIP photo-session and a book-signing session with Bill Clinton.
The Danish Prime Minister also seized the opportunity and invited Bill Clinton to a meeting at the Prime Minister’s Department.
