Coaching \u2013 Private<\/h1>\n

Coaching is about bringing out the best in an individual. Most of us can do much more than we think, so it is a question of continual development and expression of our human potential. <\/p>\n

Coaching means uncovering the hidden sides and abilities that we all contain, which we, however, do not utilize in our everyday lives \u2013 typically because we are not even aware that we had more\/other abilities or because we need that extra push to make us believe that we actually possess them. <\/p>\n

At heckmann, we work with coaching as a structured approach to reach proactive goals and intermediate aims. Through a coaching process, we will, among other things, talk about what you wish to accomplish and how it should be prioritized. When would you like to reach your goal, and which intermediate aims need to be fulfilled in order to make it within the agreed timeframe.<\/p>\n

We will touch upon your strengths and challenges; we will uncover the attitudes, abilities and ways of thinking that characterize you right now \u2013 and how you would like it to be in the future. What should your behaviour be like and what methods must you utilize in order to be the very best version of yourself?<\/p>\n

The coaching takes place in the shape of meetings, phone conversations and via email. Depending on your needs, we decide how often we should meet up, and how long the process should be. A regular coaching-process could look something like this: 6 meetings in the course of 6 months, but it can be shorter or longer depending on your specific challenges and goals. During the entire process, you will have access to our hotline, so that you can write or phone whenever you need to. Coaching can be hard work. But it is definitely worth it. <\/p>\n
